Tried again Mar ’10 & spoke to Fay who put me on Lisa Head (colleague: Dallas) Mornings difficult for more than 1 hour.  Had them booked for 20/4/10 but when we had to change it to 27/4 they couldn’t handle it.  Tues bad day.
