| A Christmas concert with an African flavour . . . | ||
Our 2005 Christmas concert had three public performances over the first two weekends of December:
| 1.30pm, Sun 4th December, 2005 New Theatre, 542 King Street, Newtown (midway between Newtown & St Peters stations) Tickets: $10 (all proceeds towards the New Theatre Building Fund) |
| 7pm, Friday 9th December, 2005 St David's Church St David's Avenue, Dee Why (next to the police station) |
| 4pm, Sun 11th December, 2005 Avalon Baptist Peace Church George Street, Avalon |
With the exception of the New Theatre, all performances were free though on most occasions, invitations were extended to make a donation towards a charity. In the case of the Avalon concert, this was to raise funds for Amnesty International. Audio and video recordings were made of the Avalon performance.
